Delivery Policy

We provide nationwide laundry delivery services. Once you have entered the delivery address, you would be informed with the delivery charges. Please take note that delivery address Is final once you place the order  and any changes are not allowed. Kindly double check your address/ location point before placing your order.

Pick-up & Delivery is available Monday – Sunday, 9 am – 7 pm.

There are delivery charges for the following:

   Regular Delivery charges will free of charge which will take 24 to 48 hours delivery time from the time pickup 

Express Delivery charges will be 50% of  the total charge which will take 18 to 24 hours delivery time from the time pickup.

Same Day Delivery charges will be double the total charge which will take 12 to 18 hours delivery time from the time pickup under the condition the order have to made 2p.m

This policy is only applicable for service payment made in Dobby Walla Application. Any payment made directly to shop without using application shall not be entitled to this policy.

Please note that if no signature is collected upon the clothes arrival, you agree to our terms and conditions and confirm that we can leave your cloth(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery. Please be aware that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
